Universal Balance Machines
The configuration of balancing machines is either Horizontal or Vertical axis. They are either Rotating or Non-rotating.
Universal Balancing manufactures 4 basic balancers, Horizontal, Horizontal Spindle, Vertical Rotator and Vertical Non-Rotator.
Balancing machines can either be Static or Dynamic.. Static meaning measuring the unbalance in just a single plane, where Dynamic means measuring the unbalance in 2,3 or 4 planes.
Balancing machines come in different weight capacities ranging from 2 pound capacities to over 50,000 pounds in capacity.
Balancers can be Manual in operation or Semi-Automatic or Fully Automatic.
Balancing Machines can have built in correction systems such as drills, mills, welders and other means for correcting the unbalance on the machine or no corrections at all in a manual system.
Horizontal and Vertical balancers can come in either Hard or Soft Suspensions. Hard suspensions measure the forces of unbalance where soft suspensions measure the displacement of unbalance.
Horizontal balancers are either End Drive, Belt Drive or both.
Horizontal balancing machines are Rotating that can measure in both single and two or more planes.
Vertical balancing machines are both Rotating and Non-Rotating and can balance in single plane as standard and 2 planes as optional.
Both horizontal and vertical balancers come standard with the UNI-44 touch-screen measuring system or the UNI-25 digital measuring system as optional.
